Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director to manage and
develop Advisor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sell new retirement plans and upsell fiduciary services to existing
clients
Develop and maintain relationships with current and new Financial
Advisors
Document all activities accurately in CRM software and create
tailored proposals for clients
Required Qualifications
Must possess a Series 65 certification
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
Experience working with various plan types, including 401(k) and
403(b)
In-depth knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plans
Ability to work effectively across different functions in a
fast-paced environment
