Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to engage
with customers and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and uncover customer needs
Process simple requests and schedule meetings with Account
Executives
Recommend additional products/services and meet productivity
metrics
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of phone experience
Comfortable with a heavy inbound call flow
Fairly technical background
Understanding of Intuit Products and Microsoft products
preferred
Bi-lingual preferred
