SAP Fieldglass Techno-Functional Consultant (16589)Baer is looking for an SAP Fieldglass Techno-Functional Consultant for a 12+ month remote project.Title: SAP Fieldglass Techno-Functional ConsultantLocation: Remote (Must be based in US)Duration: 12 monthsRate: Hourly Plus Expenses ReimbursedAlignment: W2 or C2CDescription:

• Develop and implement deployment strategies for new features and configurations within SAP Fieldglass.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the solution roadmap, ensuring alignment with business drivers and long-term strategies.
• Support the creation of a roadmap for enhancing SAP Fieldglass in line with evolving business requirements.
• Work closely with Fieldglass (vendor) to evaluate, define, and implement new solutions and integrations to address client-specific needs.
• Leverage a deep understanding of Fieldglass integrations both within the SAP ecosystem (SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and with external systems (Finance, HR systems, APIs, etc.).
• Design and implement complex integrations to ensure seamless data flow across platforms and systems.
• Create clear and comprehensive training materials and documentation to assist users in understanding and utilizing the Fieldglass platform effectively.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and internal teams to ensure adoption and best practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Fieldglass functionality, providing guidance on process optimization and best practices.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements, ensure alignment, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with change management teams and other service lines during the implementation and post-go-live phases to ensure smooth transitions and continued success.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and enhance solution performance.
• Stay current with trends in external workforce management solutions and industry-leading practices.
• Provide strategic insights based on a comprehensive understanding of the Vendor Management System (VMS) market, including other platforms such as Beeline, Wand, and PRO Unlimited.Requirements:
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass, including requirements gathering, process design, integration, and deployment.
  • Experience with Fieldglass troubleshooting, identifying gaps in application functionality, and providing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP Fieldglass capabilities, functionality, and system architecture.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integration strategies, and relevant data models related to SAP Fieldglass.
  • Proven experience in business process mapping and identifying opportunities for process improvement within the SAP Fieldglass platform.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into functional Fieldglass configurations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Relevant project management experience, particularly with Fieldglass implementations.
  • Ability to lead and guide teams through complex deployments and troubleshooting processes.
  • A holistic understanding of the VMS industry, including leading applications such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, PRO Unlimited, and others.
