Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Communications Lead to
support employee engagement and culture in a high-growth
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage company internal playbooks and systems
Design and implement new communication tools to enhance employee
engagement
Lead weekly All Hands meetings and support employee and People Team
communications
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, preferably in a
high-growth technology startup
Experience collaborating with People and Executive teams
Strong passion for employee experience and internal
communications
Ability to build scalable and efficient processes
