Job Description:
A company is looking for an Overnight Technical Support
Representative to provide customer support from home in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve software and technical issues reported by
customers via phone, email, and chat
Manage a test lab of devices to reproduce customer issues for
troubleshooting
Document customer interactions according to standard operating
procedures
Required Qualifications
2+ years of technical/product support experience
Moderate-level expertise in Microsoft Excel
General curiosity about technology and troubleshooting
Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts
Experience with chat and email etiquette
