• Understand and learn core processes of the business side of an organization, and also understand technology capabilities of underlying systems and look for ways to optimize business processes and functionsMust-Have Skillsets
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support, ideally in global environments.
  • Experience with the following modules and functions: Core HR, Talent, Compensation, and Security.Nice to Have Skillsets
    • Experience working with a network of clients across Human Resources globally.
    • Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to influence decisions and implementation action across the organization
