• BLS, ACLS, PALS, EFM, Tech Certifications, and several verifications specified.

  • Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted
  • Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics
  • General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: General Diagnoses include ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, Post-op complications, Cardiogenic shock, GIB, COPD exacerbation, encephalopathy, Liver failure, Drug overdose, ESRD on CRRT; Block scheduling is not guaranteed
  • Ratio / Census: 1:2-3 (Traveler should be prepared for the possibility of taking a 3rd patient); 24 Rooms with average daily census of 19
  • Unit Systems: Pyxis, Epic, SBAR
  • Scrub Color: Navy Blue
  • RTO: MAX 7 days
  • Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis.
