  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a--Travel RN - IMCShift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOWLength: 13 weeksIf one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.Requirements:
  • GA License
  • 2 years experience
  • General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Patient Diagnoses include but not limited to COVID, Respiratory Failure, DKA, Renal Failure, Hypertension Emergency, CHF, Post carotid endarterectomy, post surgical patients requiring close observation, Sepsis, Stroke (NIHSS certified); manage and titrate drips to include amiodarone, Cardizem, precede, cardene, labetalol, dopamine, dobutamine, insulin, Nitro; Manage equipment like Glucommander, Trach to Vents, Bipaps, High flows, salters, Art lines, bedside cardiac monitors; Dialysis is done at the bedside by dialysis nurse

    • Float to Cardiac Tele unit and Med Surg Pulmonary unit; Can also float to ICU if there is experience or if the IMCU patients in ICU are holds
