Job Title: Cardiac Cath/Special Procedure Nurse Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath/Special Procedure Unit Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in the specialty area License: Not specified Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: - Flexibility to work holidays as specified Job Description: - Perform cardiac catheterization and special procedures in a clinical setting. - Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols during procedures. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. - Maintain and prepare equipment and supplies for procedures. - Monitor patient status and provide post-procedure care and instructions. - Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner. - Commitment to work two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year---s Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year---s Eve).
