  Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ICU RN to join our Float Pool. This position will support critical care needs across multiple units and may include the MTC/Step-Down/PACU for patient holds when necessary. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of flexibility and clinical expertise to support various departments as needed.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients across various ICU units.
  Float between all critical care floors, including MTC, Step-Down, and PACU.
  Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation and care management.
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  
  Requirements:
  Licensure: Current RN license.
  Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
  Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similarly sized facility within ICU or critical care environments.
  EMR Proficiency: Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
  
  Additional Requirements:
  Minimal time-off requests (RTO).
  Required to work holidays; specific RTO dates not permitted:
  November 27 - November 30
  December 23 - December 26
  December 30 - January 2
  
  Flexibility to work either:
  Christmas Eve & Day or New Year's Eve & Day, and
  Thanksgiving or Black Friday
