Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Scheduler to manage
patient appointments and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, ensuring all
necessary information is collected
Provide patients with pre and post-test instructions and set
payment expectations
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff through
various channels
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience in a
healthcare setting
Experience in a high-paced inbound contact center environment is
preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred
Knowledge of payor contract terms and processes is preferred
