A company is looking for an Internal Audit and Regulatory Exam
Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership in hiring, goal setting, and developing staff
while promoting teamwork
Develop and monitor strategic plans and key control management
frameworks
Identify risks and control failures, providing recommendations for
mitigation and ensuring timely remediation
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of relevant Risk & Controls or Bank Operations
experience
Strong leadership and management skills
Internal Audit experience preferred
Strong understanding of controls and risk evaluation
