You'll drive growth through direct engagement with customers, reps, and distributors while managing major accounts and uncovering new opportunities. Bonus points if you know your way around electronic or magnetic components-but if you're sharp and eager, we'll get you up to speed.



What You'll Do

- Crush bookings and revenue goals in your territory

- Build and expand strategic customer relationships

- Drive new business through networking, referrals, and lead gen

- Manage reps and distributors to optimize performance

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term agreements

- Collaborate with engineering teams to win new designs

- Stay sharp on market trends and competitive moves

- Keep CRM data (MS Dynamics) fresh and accurate

- Analyze sales data, spot trends, and make smart moves

- Be the voice of your region internally



Who You Are

- A sales pro with 5+ years in territory management

- Experienced in high-reliability industries

- Comfortable selling electronic components (magnetics = a big plus)

- Tech-savvy and fluent in CRM, Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, etc.

- Strong communicator, negotiator, and team collaborator

- Curious, driven, and ready to own your territory

- BS degree in business or a technical field-or equivalent experience

- Passport ready and down to travel (-60%)
