Description: Are you ready to make a significant impact in a
dynamic, fast-growing healthcare company? As a Lifecycle Marketing
Manager at Ascend Medical, you will own and optimize communications
across a vital portion of the customer journey, maximizing our
database of leads and patients. You will work closely with the
internal marketing, operations, clinical teams, and external agency
partners to execute high-impact CRM automations as well as other
project-based engagement initiatives. Your ultimate goal will be to
develop a systematic engine for lifecycle communications that
drives continuous impact across a variety of service lines.

years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or email
marketing. - Preferred experience in healthcare marketing or within
a service-oriented industry. - Proven experience managing customer
communications across multiple channels, including Email, In-App,
and SMS. - Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools,
including Salesforce. - Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid
environment. - Demonstrated ability to build, launch, and iterate
new products, features, or campaigns. - Strong experience in both
creative content creation and data analysis. - Excellent
communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and
stakeholders effectively.
