Job Description:

Carter's Inc. seeks a skilled Manager to lead its Anaplan Center of Excellence, maximizing the value derived from the platform and driving continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Anaplan, advanced Excel skills, and experience in data integration methods. They will collaborate with stakeholders to develop best practices, foster a community of Anaplan users, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Anaplan System Administration (35%):
  
  • 
    
  • Build new capabilities leveraging the Anaplan system to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement in inventory performance.
    
  • Develop expert model building skills in Anaplan and be the point person for functionality and data definition.
    
    
    
  • System Training and Enhancement (35%):
    
    • 
      
    • Primary contact for supply chain and/or retail model troubleshooting and enhancement requests.
      
    • Grow superuser base and expand knowledge of Anaplan to the business.
      
      
      
    • Project Management (25%):
      
      • 
        
      • Manage new projects by driving design sessions, gathering requirements, providing status updates, and delivering solutions in partnership with an offshore resource base.
        
      • Maintain sprint plans, follow build standards, and track issues/requests.
        
        
        
      • Supervise and Develop Offshore Resources (5%):
        
        • 
          
        • Collaborate closely with key business and IT partners on requirements and capabilities.
          
        • Anticipate key partner's needs and perform ad hoc analysis as needed.
          
          
          
          Requirements:
          
          • 
            
          • Anaplan model building experience required.
            
          • Take a lead from the front approach, prior management experience is a plus.
            
          • Superior technical skills including Anaplan, advanced Excel, and a working knowledge of data integration methods.
            
          • Holding a certification in Anaplan is a major plus.
            
          • Analytical, process-driven approach to problem-solving.
            
          • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and varying levels of ambiguity.
            
          • Detail-oriented delivery mindset.
            
          • Supply Chain and IT experience preferred.
            
          • BA/BS in a related field (mathematics, engineering, supply chain, finance, etc.).
            
          • 3+ years of experience in an Analytics or Supply Chain related position.
