  • Build meaningful relationships with team members through 1:1s and presence

                    • Innovative and creative self-starter, with the ability to devise solutions to complex problems, and to implement those solutions hands-on
                    • Highly organized with the ability to plan for, execute and monitor business performanceEducation And Experience
                      • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from a three or four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must be a RN or LPN
                      • 2-3 years' experience work in an administrator role preferred
