Description: Are you ready to make a significant impact in a

Manager at Ascend Medical, you will own and optimize communications
across a vital portion of the customer journey, maximizing our
database of leads and patients. You will work closely with the
internal marketing, operations, clinical teams, and external agency
partners to execute high-impact CRM automations as well as other
project-based engagement initiatives. Your ultimate goal will be to
develop a systematic engine for lifecycle communications that
drives continuous impact across a variety of service lines. Company

company holidays and much more! Key Responsibilities: -- Campaign
Development - Design, implement, and manage, high-converting email,
SMS, and other outreach campaigns to retain and re-engage existing
patients and prospects. -- Content Creation & Audience Segmentation
- Utilize data to effectively segment audiences and tailor
messaging that resonates with various segments of our lead/patient
database. Work with IT to ensure accurate and efficient data
integration between EMR system and CRM tools. -- Automation -
Develop and maintain automated workflows and drip campaigns to
increase new and returning appointment bookings. -- Performance
Analysis - Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the
performance of email and SMS campaigns, using insights to optimize
future efforts and improve engagement and conversion rates. --
Content Strategy - Collaborate cross-functionally with team members
in clinical and operations departments to identify patient pain
points and content strategies aligned with growth and retention
objectives. -- Trend Analysis - Stay up to date with lifecycle
marketing trends to ensure our content remains relevant and
impactful. -- A/B Testing - Develop and conduct A/B tests to
determine the most effective strategies, messaging, formats, and

Requirements:-- 4+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM
management, or email marketing. -- Preferred experience in
healthcare marketing or within a service-oriented industry. --
Proven experience managing customer communications across multiple
channels, including Email, In-App, and SMS. -- Familiarity with
marketing and analytics tools, including Salesforce. -- Experience
working in a fast-paced, fluid environment. -- Demonstrated ability
to build, launch, and iterate new products, features, or campaigns.
-- Strong experience in both creative content creation and data
analysis. -- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to
work across teams and stakeholders effectively.
